Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Spinelli, Luzerne, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a family gathering held at Pasquale’s Restaurant, Hanover Township.
Following a luncheon buffet, they renewed their wedding vows in the presence of Pastor Tracy Thornton of By the Grace of God Fellowship Church, Avoca and Pastor Lawrence Reed of Emmanuel Assembly of God, Harveys Lake.
A special cake for the occasion was provided by Melody Reed Spinelli, daughter-in-law of the couple.
They are the parents of twin daughters, Lee Ann, at home; Lynese Spangenburg, Boothwyn and son, Leonard Michael, Plains Township. They have a granddaughter, Katelyn Roese Thornton, Harding.
