Pittston Area sophomore forward Allie Barber has been dubbed the Eastern Conference MVP in this season's Coaches All Stars, as selected by the Wyoming Valley Conference girls soccer coaches.

Barber is joined on the first team by her teammates Samantha Mayers, Megan Karuzie and Tiffany Tubiloi, as the Patriots were one of two teams from the Eastern Conference to place four players on the first team. The other team with four first team selections, Coughlin placed Emma Sukowski, Mary Tona, Megan Lercara and Nora Fazzi.

The rest of the Eastern Conference first team is comprised of Holy Redeemer's Emily Schram, Lidia Lawson and Nina Paoloni, Crestwood's Autumn Atkinson and Allie Cachel, Hazleton Area's Haley Wilkinson and Nanticoke's Brittany Sugalski.

Berwick led all teams in the Western Conference with five first team selections in Kelly Sheptock, Bridget Orlando, Brianna Floryshak, Caty Davenport and Karleigh Hartman. Dallas and Lake-Lehman each placed three -- the Mountaineers' Talia Szatkowski, Wendy Greenwood and Ashley Dunbar, and the Black Knights' Emily Sutton, Kaylee Hillard and Shoshana Mahoney – on the first team.

The Western Conference first team also includes Tunkhannock's Katie Proulx, Wyoming Area's Samantha Acacio and Wyoming Valley West's Paige Heckman. The Western Conference did not select an MVP.
