Get Text AlertsPITTSTON - Police said a Scranton man armed with a handgun chased and threatened five people around 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the Riverview Manor housing complex.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Joshua Aaron Lozano who fled before they arrived.
PLAINS TWP. – Charles Jones IV of Cleveland Street, Plains Township, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant after a traffic stop around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, police said.
He was wanted by the Luzerne County Sheriff's Department on a charge of simple assault and was committed to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility, police said.
