WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County Judge Joseph Sklarosky Jr. sentenced Scott Turner, 35, of North Main Street, Wilkes-Barre, to 21 months to four years in state prison on a delivery of cocaine charge.
Kingston police and the Luzerne County Drug Task Force arrested Turner after he sold cocaine inside the Cabaret Adult Club in Market Street, Kingston, on Oct. 20, 2011, according to court records.
WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County Judge Joseph Sklarosky Jr. sentenced Charles Miller, 59, of George Street, Pittston, two three months to two years in jail on an indecent assault charge.
Pittston police said Miller sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl inside his residence on March 29, according to court records.
WILKES-BARRE — Luzerne County Judge Michael Vough sentenced James Charles Gilmore, 23, of Lee Park Avenue, Hanover Township, to six months to one year in jail on an access device fraud and one-year probation on a receiving stolen property.
Sugar Notch Police said Gilmore stole a credit card from a vehicle on Main Street and used the card to purchase pizza and beer on April 4 and April 5, according to court records.
Gilmore is facing an unrelated charge of terroristic threats in county court when he allegedly left a disturbing voice mail at the county Public Defender’s Office on Nov. 3.
