WILKES-BARRE — City police reported the following:

• The owner of Fiesler Signs reported his Sheetz credit card had been used at various Sheetz gas station locations without his knowledge, police said.

• Officers responded to Eastview Drive after a reported drunken male was knocking on apartment doors, attempting to get inside around 3:30 p.m. Friday. They found an intoxicated Sean Obitz hiding under a blanket behind the building, police said. Obitz was taken into custody and cited for public drunkenness.

• An officer was dispatched after an attempted break-in was reported around 3:30 Friday along North Franklin Street. The building was vacant; however, copper plumbing pipes had been stolen from the basement, police said.
