DORRANCE TWP.: The Dorrance Township Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary is holding a rummage sale from 4-7 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. The sale will be held indoors. For more information call 868-6691.

KINGSTON: Tiffany Court at Kingston, 700 Northampton St., is hosting a community education discussion on coping with dementia in older adults from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Piano Room. The guest speaker will be Sheila McDermott-Lord, chief executive officer, Haven Behavioral Hospital. LUZERNE: Home Instead Senior Care, 269 Bennett St., is starting a support group for family caregivers from 10-11 a.m. on Sept. 24. The group will be led by Heather Dewees, community service representative from Home Instead Senior Care.

Free on-site care giving will be provided during the support group for those who must bring their older adult relatives.

SCRANTON: As part of Bank of America’s ‘Museums on Us’ program, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch cardholders can receive free admission to select museums across the country on the first full weekend of each month in 2013.
