Connor Williams, son of Brad Williams and Wendy Novicenskie, Hillsborough, N.C., is celebrating his 10th birthday today, July 15. Connor is a grandson of Deborah Williams, Stem, N.C.; the late Jack Williams; Marcia Novicenskie, Laflin; and the late Robert Novicenskie. He is a great-grandson of Anna Mihalik, Mount Carmel.
