FRANCES A. SALSAVAGE, 81, of Hanover Township, died Friday. Born in Plains Township, a daughter of the late John and Anna Madaya Suhena, she was a member of St. Leo’s/Holy Rosary Parish. Preceding her in death were sisters, Johanna Tarnalicki and Irene Roback. She is survived by her loving husband, Edward Salsavage; son, Edward Salsavage; daughters, Carol Holvey, Sandra Pasternick, Patricia Petty; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral service Monday at 9 a.m. in Lehman Family Funeral Service Inc., 689 Hazle Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. Leo’s/Holy Rosary Parish, 33 Manhattan St., Ashley.
