Clarks Green resident Martha McAndrew continues the block party tradition, which she started four years ago with her late friend and neighbor Phyllis Dietrich. McAndrew invited friends to her backyard on Saturday, July 13 for the 2nd annual Phyllis Dietrich Memorial Block Party.
