Spencer Jacob Smith, son of Jesse Smith and Doreen McDermott of Fleetwood, is celebrating his ninth birthday today, Nov. 7, 2015. Spencer is the grandson of Roy and Josephine Smith of Shickshinny and James and Dorothy McDermott of Plymouth Township. He has two sisters and two brothers.
