Cassidy Erin Siglin, daughter of Scott and Grace Siglin of Dallas, is celebrating her ninth birthday today, Nov. 16, 2015. Cassidy is the granddaughter of Patrick and Bonnie Cavanaugh of Tunkhannock and Glenn and Tina Siglin of Noxen. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Larry and Grace Brobst of Vernon, Catherine and the late Floyd Anderson of Wilkes-Barre, the late Patrick and Margaret Cavanaugh of Wilkes-Barre, and the late Glenn and Clara Siglin of Noxen. Cassidy has a brother Scott, 11.
