Zoey M. Backley, daughter of Robin Backley of Plymouth, and Edward Hower of Wilkes-Barre, is celebrating her seventh birthday today, Feb. 9. 2016. Zoey is the granddaughter of Tracy Backley, the late Charles Backley of Sheatown, and Cathy Hower of Ashley. She is the great-granddaughter of Nancy Gist of Sheatown and Ruthann Rowls of Ashley. Zoey has three sisters; Makeinzy, 8; Hailey, 5; and Addison, 1. She has two brothers, C.J., 3; and one on the way.
