Jacob Fember, son of Jennifer Hoover, of Kingston and Charles Fember, of Parsons, is celebrating his 10th birthday today, June 26, 2016. Jacob is the grandson of John and Beverly Hoover, of Kingston and the late Mary Fember, of Kingston. He is the great-grandson of Ruth Hoover, of Plains and the late Bill and Audrey Ricker.
