Heather K. Kazinetz Esq., of Olyphant, special assets manager of Fidelity Bank, Dunmore, is promoted to vice president, and John Pash, of Jermyn, vice president, financial analyst, is appointed as shareholder services officer of Fidelity D&D Bancorp Inc.

Kazinetz joined Fidelity Bank in 2012 and leads the many facets of managing the Special Assets Area, including management of impaired credits and development of credit and risk policies. She is a licensed Pennsylvania attorney having graduated law school at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre.

Previously, Kazinetz was employed Abrahamsen & Associates, a local collection law firm. Prior to that position, she was employed by Wagner & Hunt, a collection law firm in Margate, Florida.

Pash joined Fidelity Bank in 2015 as vice president, financial analyst overseeing and analyzing the bank’s financial and economic performance. In his new role, he will add the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of shareholder accounting and reporting for the Fidelity D&D Bancorp Inc., the holding company. He has 18 years experience in banking, accounting and finance, and investor relations.

Pash received both his Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting and his Master’s in business administration in finance from The University of Scranton. He currently resides in Jermyn with his family.
