FARIVIEW TWP. — A late September lottery jackpot ticket was sold at a North Mountain Boulevard convenience store, according to a press release.

One Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 ticket worth $600,000 for the Wednesday drawing was sold at Turkey Hill, 2 N. Mountain Blvd. The ticket correctly matched all five balls drawn, 01-08-15-19-23, to win $600,000, less applicable tax. Turkey Hill will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Lottery officials advise the winning ticket holder to sign the back of the ticket, call the Pennsylvania Lottery office at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at any of Lottery’s seven area offices or at lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County. The closest lottery office is 49 S Washington St., Wilkes-Barre.

Claims may be filed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at area offices and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at headquarters.

The release states Cash 5 winners have one year from the drawing date to claim prizes.
