WILKES-BARRE — McCarthy Tire Service has named Colleen Horn Doyle, Esquire, as the corporate attorney for the company. She will direct McCarthy Tire’s legal department. Doyle will report to company president, John D. McCarthy Jr., and she will practice out of the corporate office in Wilkes-Barre.

Horn Doyle is the daughter of Mary Ellen McCarthy Horn, the daughter of John D. “Jack” McCarthy and one of the three company owners, and Neil Horn, company vice president. Five other members of the McCarthy family’s fourth generation have joined the business in the last five years — Gary Lambert Jr., regional operations manager; Mary Kate Lambert, human resources generalist; Daniel Horn, regional sales manager; and John D. McCarthy III, commercial sales representative.

Prior to McCarthy Tire, Doyle specialized in community litigation with the law firm of Rosenn Jenkins & Greenwald in Wilkes-Barre. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in Villanova. She also attained her undergraduate degree from Villanova University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

An active community member, Doyle serves on the boards of directors for the Children’s Service Center in Wilkes-Barre and for the Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity in Kingston, as well as volunteering for several other community organizations. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Luzerne County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
