The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre, honored the sacrifices and determination of those captured as prisoners of war and those missing in action with a ceremony Friday, Sept. 16, National POW/MIA Recognition Day. The Monroe County Joint Veterans Honor Guard presented the Colors and Father Michael Kloton was the keynote speaker.
