Members of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs-West Side, a volunteer community service organization. donated winter coats, handmade fleece scarves, toiletries, personal care items, hair products, socks, school supplies and toys to Luzerne County Children and Youth and Luzerne County Independent Living Program.
