The PATH advisory board at Luzerne County Community College met at the College’s Educational Conference Center to discuss skills needed in the workforce. The PATH program provides one-on-one job coaching, access to workshops and on-going support for the first year after employment. Funding for the program is provided by the United States Department of Labor – Employment and Training Administration.
