WILKES-BARRE – The Victims Resource Center, in cooperation with King’s College and the Luzerne County District Attorney’s office, will present ‘The Reality of the Prosecution of a Sexual Assault’ 5:30 p.m., April 5, in the Burke Auditorium, McGowan School of Business, King’s College.

This interactive panel discussion will provide an informative look into the realities of the prosecution of a sexual assault. Participants will include prosecution, law enforcement, a sexual assault nurse examiner, victim advocates and a representative of a victim. The event is part of Victims Resource Center’s observance of Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.

This presentation is open to the public. There is no charge and reservations are not needed.
