The Rotary Club of Plymouth welcomed Holly Spece to a recent meeting as she spoke about an emerging idea in Plymouth called the Plymouth Builders Society. The Plymouth Builders Society would help to build character and give direction to Plymouth youth through community service and involvement. David Yefko serves as club president.
