WILKES-BARRE — Police have charged two women with harassment after they allegedly struck two other people.

Police said that at 9:41 p.m. Sunday, two victims alleged that Aaleeyah Briggs, 21, of Edwardsville, and Miriah Brown, 27, of Wilkes-Barre, had struck them.

The victims did not have any signs of injury, according to police.

Citations of harassment were filed against both Briggs and Brown in District Court 11-1-02.
