WILKES-BARRE — According to police, Jason Fuller, 35, of Old Forge, was found in the Sherman Hills Apartment Complex acting suspicious at 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Fuller was later discovered to be in possession of suspected crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

Charges were filed.
