SCRANTON — Cast auditions for the film “Baby Frankenstein” are set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 24-25 at the Radisson Hotel in Scranton.

Directed by Jon Yonkondy, the feature comedy film tells the story of a young college student and his unlikely friendship with a self-aware, child-like automaton robot.

“The company is seeking the best and brightest local talent to fill major roles” in the film, producer T.J. Rotell wrote in a press release.

Filming is scheduled to take place in and around the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area in mid-November.
