WILKES – BARRE — Gavin DeGraw and Andy Grammer will bring their co-headlining 2016 North American tour to Wilkes-Barre’s F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts.

DeGraw was nominated for his first Grammy in 2014 for the single “We Both Know” from the soundtrack to the 2013 film “Safe Haven.” The nomination is the latest in a series of recognition that includes two platinum designations from the Recording Industry Association of America for his 2003 debut album “Chariot” and 2011 single “Not Over You.” DeGraw’s last studio release came in 2013 with “Make A Move.”

Grammer’s 2011 self-titled album introduced him to fans with the platinum-certified single “Keep Your Head Up,” and his 2014 sophomore effort “Magazines or Novels” followed that up with the single “Honey I’m Good,” which went triple platinum.

The two are set to perform at 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6. Tickets for the event go on sale Friday, May 20 at 10 a.m. at kirbycenter.org, by phone at 570-826-1100 or in person at the Kirby Center box office. Kirby Center members can utilize the same methods to order tickets during a pre-sale starting Thursday, May 19.

Special ticketing options are available for this event. At 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 17, an American Express, VIP package and artist pre-sale will occur.
