The Irem Women’s Auxiliary invites the public to attend its August luncheon beginning at noon on Thursday, Aug. 13, at the Irem Country Club, Dallas. Prizes will be awarded. The menu for the luncheon is choice of petite prime rib or chicken and mushroom in a puff pastry, fruit cup, whipped potatoes, asparagus, rolls and butter, cherry cheesecake and coffee or tea. The cost is $18 and reservations may be made or cancelled by 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 10. Make reservations with Sally Wagner at 570-675-2325 or Kathy Boback at 570-675-2884.
