The Reading Wizard, the RIF mascot, appeared at Dan Flood Elementary School along with some guest readers. UGI Utilities has sponsored the Reading is Fundamental (RIF) program in area schools since 1991. Three times a year UGI volunteers visit our first grade classrooms to read and hand out books for each student to take home.
