Former Pittsburgh Steeler and Baltimore Colts player Lou Michaels (Swoyersville, Pa.) will sign autographs at the NEPA Labor Day Festival at Kirby Park at 2 p.m. on Monday Sept. 7, with the festival running from 10-5. Lou played with Pittsburgh from 1961 to 1963; and Baltimore from 1964-1970. Money raised will benefit Veterans at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Administration Hospital.
