The First Presbyterian Church of Wilkes Barre is honored to have the Wyoming Seminary Madrigal Singers as their guest choir at the 10 a.m. worship service on Sunday, Feb. 14. This select group of 24 voices perform a varied repertoire of music ranging from baroque and classical to contemporary and world music. Directed by John M. Vaida, chair of the Wyoming Seminary fine and performing arts department, the Madrigals are highly regarded both in their home region of northeastern Pennsylvania and throughout Europe.
