The bride-to-be is the daughter of James Ragan, Hazleton, and Joanne Bond, Plymouth.
The prospective groom is the son of Kris Martin, Edwardsville, and Joy Meyers, Arnot.
Angela is a 2005 graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School.
Jarrod is a 2010 graduate of West Side Career and Technology Center.
The couple will exchange vows Sept. 6, 2015, in White Haven, Pennsylvania.
