Announcement is made of the engagement and upcoming wedding of Gabriella Torquato, Cumming, Georgia, formerly of West Pittston, Pennsylvania, to Joey Ray Johnston, Cumming, Georgia.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diane and Tony Torquato, Cooper City, Florida, formerly of West Pittston, Pennsylvania. She is the granddaughter of Fran and Joseph Torquato, Scranton, Pennsylvania, and the late Ann and Charles Falcone, Pittston, Pennsylvania.

Miss Torquato is a graduate of Sanford Brown Institute, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where she studied veterinary medicine.

A September wedding is planned in Cumming, Georgia.
