Vincent and Lynn Alessandri, Hazleton, announce the engagement of their daughter, Angeline Alessandri, to Joseph Bertuola, son of Richard Bertuola, McAdoo, and Janice Bertuola, Hazleton.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Lucille Bertram and the late Robert J. Bertram, and the late Louis and Lucy Alexander (Alessandri). The prospective groom is the grandson of Fern Flynn and the late Robert Flynn, and the late Richard and Kathleen Bertuola.
The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Bishop Hafey High School. She received her bachelor’s degree in elementary/early childhood education from Elizabethtown College in 2009 and a master’s degree from Wilkes University in 2014. She is currently employed as a teacher for the Manheim Township School District in Lancaster.
The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Hazleton Area High School and received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Bloomsburg University in 2011. He is currently employed as an operations manager with Exel, Inc. in Hershey.
The couple, who reside in Hummelstown, will exchange vows on July 9, 2016.
