SamiLynn Amico and Drew Stem, along with their families, are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stephen and Carol Amico of Pittston Township. She is the granddaughter of the late Carmella LaNunziata Luckasavage and John Luckasavage of West Pittston and the late Inez Spiccioli Amico and Samuel Nicholas Amico of Pittston.

Miss Amico is a graduate of Pittston Area High School and East Stroudsburg University. She is employed at Escambia County School District, Pensacola, Florida, as a special education teacher.

The prospective groom is the son of Carol Stem and the late Willard Stem of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania. He is the grandson of Ann DeFidelto and the late Lou DeFidelto of Ridley Park, Philadelphia.

Mr. Stem is a graduate of Salesianum School, Wilmington Delaware and East Stroudsburg University. He is the executive director of Camelot Academy, Escambia county, Pensacola, Florida.

The couple’s engagement was March 14, 2015 and their wedding will be celebrated in Pensacola, Florida, on June 11. 2016.
