Nicole Marie DePhillips and Mark Walter Prezkop were united in the sacrament of marriage at Saint Joseph Marello Parish, Pittston. The Rev. Brian Clarke officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Ross and Sharon DePhillips, Pittston. She is the granddaughter of Dolores and Gerald Marriggi Sr., Pittston; and of the late Anthony and Eleanor DePhillips.

Nicole, a graduate of Seton Catholic High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in business/healthcare management from Temple University. she is a 2013 graduate of King’s College with a master’ s degree in healthcare administration and is currently employed as a pharmacy operations lead at CVS/Caremark, Wilkes-Barre.

The groom is the son of Sharon and Walter Prezkop Jr., Scranton. He is the grandson of the late Clare and Walter Prezkop Sr. and the late Thomas and Margaret Kenney.

Mark, a graduate of Bishop Hannan High School, earned a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from Temple University School of Pharmacy. He is currently employed as a pharmacist at CVS/Caremark, Wilkes-Barre.

The bride was escorted down the aisle and given away by her father. She chose her sister, Ashley DePhillips, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Susan Murray, sister of the groom; Saralyn McHale, cousin of the bride; and Ashley Faraday, friend of the bride. Olivia Murray, niece of the groom, was the flower girl.

The groom chose his friend, Michael Vols, as best man. Groomsmen included Joseph Murray, brother-in-law of the groom; Matthew Rynkiewicz, friend of the groom; and John Giomboni, friend of the groom. The ring bearer was Jack Murray, nephew of the groom.

Scriptural readings were given by Marlene Marriggi, aunt and godmother of the bride, and Philip DePhillips, uncle and godfather of the bride. Offertory gifts were presented by Ann Marie and Ted Prusinski, aunt and uncle of the groom.

A bridal shower was hosted by the mothers of the bride and groom at The Colonnade, Scranton. A rehearsal dinner was given by the bride and groom at Genetti’s, Wilkes-Barre. An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at Stonehedge Country Club, Factoryville.

The couple spent a week in Cape May, New Jersey following the wedding, and later honeymooned in Hawaii. They currently reside in Plains.
