Michelle Lauren Berley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Berley of Shavertown and Michael Carl Gross, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl “Skip” Gross of Shavertown, were Married on June 28, 2015.

The ceremony was held at The Woodlands Inn and Resort with Rabbi Roger Lerner officiating. A cocktail hour was held on the deck and the reception was immediately following the ceremony at The Woodlands.

The bride chose her friend Lauren Bayer of Hazleton as her maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Kiera Gross, sister of the groom, and friends Kailey Peters and Alyssa Cybulski. Flower girls were Bella and Sophia Eckenrode, cousins of the bride.

The groom chose friends Myer Messinger, Seth Brakefield and Andrew Milner, along with brothers of the bride D.J. Berley and Eric Berley, as his groomsmen. Ring bearers were Tyler Williams and Kayden Pollick, nephews of the groom.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Dallas High School. She graduated from Temple University with a bachelors degree in criminal justice. She earned her masters degree in applied behavior analysis and criminal justice in 2014 from St. Josephs University. She is currently employed as a behavioral consultant at New Story in Wyoming.

The groom is a 2008 graduate of Dallas High School. He graduated from Temple University with a bachelors degree in elementary education. He is currently employed as a long-term substitute teacher in the Delaware Valley School district.

The bride was honored at a beautiful bridal shower brunch given by her mother at the Woodlands Inn and resort. A rehearsal dinner hosted by the grooms parents was held at Fire and Ice in Shavertown where the signing of the ketubah took place.

The couple honeymooned in Rivera Maya Mexico and reside in Shavertown.
