LA PLUME — It’s becoming a St. Patrick’s Day tradition: the music of The Quietmen, a traditional and contemporary Irish music group, in a free concert at Keystone College.

The group will perform as part of the college’s Concerts and Lectures series at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 12 in the Theatre at Brooks.

The Quietmen originated in Scranton, grew up in Dalton and now play everywhere from the Poconos to the New Jersey Shore, Northern Virginia and beyond.

The band plays Irish sing-alongs and ballads, old-timey folk, and acoustic hits from the 50s through today.
