DALLAS TWP. — Dallas School District kindergarten registration will be held on March 16 and 17 at Dallas Elementary School.
Parents whose children’s last names begin with the letter A-L may bring completed registration forms and required documents to Dallas Elementary School between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. or 5 and 7 p.m. March 16. Kindergarten student registrations for students whose last names begin with M-Z will be accepted at Dallas Elementary School between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. or 5 and 7 p.m. March 17.
A list of required documents and forms are available on the district website, www.dallassd.com. Forms should be downloaded, completed, and printed to be reviewed and collected at the registration on the dates listed.
Members of the school nursing staff will be available during the registration to accept student health information. Student screening appointments will be scheduled at this registration event. Student screenings will be held in May.
