DALLAS TWP. — A little rain couldn’t keep festival-goers from the Dallas Rotary Club’s annual Wine and Dine Festival at the Luzerne County Fairgrounds off Route 118. The event featured wineries and specialty food vendors from the Back Mountain and Endless Mountains areas, and proceeds benefited Rotary charities. The Dallas Rotary Club, which will celebrate its 86th anniversary this year, is a non-profit service club that aims to help less fortunate in the Back Mountain area and beyond.
