TUNKHANNOCK — Tunkhannock Founders Day, the 33rd annual street festival with artisan booths, street musicians, food specialties, demonstrations and entertainment was held in downtown Tunkhannock on Saturday, June 27, despite a forecast for rain. This year the event celebrated the 102nd anniversary of the founding of Tunkhannock. The Founders Day Car Show, sponsored by the Villa Capri Cruisers, was also held on Saturday at Sherwood Chevrolet on East Tioga Street.
