WILKES-BARRE — A prostitution sting executed Friday resulted in the arrest of a man who police said offered an undercover officer money in exchange for sex.

Dakota Barnes, 26, was charged Friday with two counts of prostitution after a city officer initiated the sting. Additional officers made a stop on Carey and Susquehanna avenues and arrested Barnes, who was transported to Wilkes-Barre Police Headquarters and processed.
