WILKES-BARRE — A city man faces charges after threatening his neighbor and being disorderly toward officers on Holland Street Thursday night.

According to a police report:

At approximately 9:35 p.m., a 38-year-old man reported when he tried to talk to his neighbor, 31-year-old William D. Eisenbach, Eisenbach armed himself with a baseball bat and threatened to retrieve his firearm. The man said Eisenbach used racial slurs and continuously threatened to get his gun but never did.
