WILKES-BARRE — A Plymouth man was charged after police say he violated a PFA.

According to police, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Friday, officers responded to South Main Street after a woman reported Michael Warman, 27, was standing outside her place of employment.

Warman was staring at the woman in her place of employment, and violated the terms of a PFA the woman had against him. Warman was charged with criminal contempt for violating the terms of the PFA.
