A mixture of sunshine and cloudy skies are in the forecast for the Wyoming Valley this weekend.

The National Weather Service indicated it was 51 degrees as of 8:54 a.m. at the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport, and cloudy skies were reported.

There is a chance of showers before noon today. Mostly cloudy with a high near 57. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low around 39.

Sunday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 67.

Clouds will roll in Sunday night, with a low around 42.

Monday there is a slight chance of showers after 2 p.m. It will be partly sunny with a high near 64.

Monday night there is also a chance of showers, mainly after 8 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy with a low around 45.
