WILKES-BARRE — The 62nd annual Fine Arts Fiesta kicked off Thursday afternoon on Public Square.

The festival, which features more than 50 vendors and artists, runs through Sunday. The Fiesta runs from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
