A story on Page 1A of Tuesday’s edition contained incorrect information about a court proceeding regarding an injunction over sale proceeds from the Sherman Hills housing complex. According to a court order issued Monday, the plaintiffs are required to post a $27,000 bond, pending a determination on insurance coverage as it may pertain to a pending wrongful-death lawsuit. Also, the final price in a sale of the complex, which closed last week, was $15.7 million, according to court officials.
