A Page 1A story in Monday’s paper about school “grades” issued by PennCAN gave the wrong grade span for state math and reading tests, and an accompanying chart of grades for districts at the elementary school level omitted Wyoming Valley West. The tests are given in grades three through eight and 11. Wyoming Valley West ranked 449th with a 58 percent number grade and a D letter grade.
