(AP) Stock futures are rising again and U.S. markets appear to be headed for a positive week, driven by resurgent corporate earnings.

Dow Jones industrial futures are up 8 points to 15,462. S&P futures have tacked on a half a point to 1,749. Nasdaq futures are up 11.25 points to 3,382.25.

Amazon.com, Microsoft and Zynga were all up more than 6 percent in premarket trading Friday on surprisingly strong quarterly numbers released late Thursday.

UPS beat Wall Street expectations with its third quarter earnings Friday and profit at Procter & Gamble rose 8 percent in its most recent quarter.
