(AP) A promising Argentine opera singer has died of a stroke she suffered on stage while performing Giuseppe Verdi's "Requiem." Thirty-eight-year-old Florencia Fabris was buried Tuesday.

The moment when Fabris suffered the stroke on Friday was captured on video. She abruptly stops singing, touches her head, leans over to say something to another performer and then walks off the stage in provincial San Juan. The orchestra stops playing, and the crowd applauds.

Fabris received immediate medical attention, but died at a hospital Sunday.
