WILKES-BARRE — Police responded to the report of domestic violence on Madison Street at about 5 p.m. Monday. They said, upon arrival, they had to separate the parties from each other. They said subsequent investigation revealed signs of physical injuries to both parties.
Police said both parties were taken into custody and held for arraignment.
