A new model, a new man and a new party upon us. Friday, Oct. 2 marks a new beginning for the Weekender’s annual Model and Man of the Year. With the former Model of the Year Christina Galdieri preparing to crown the new Model of the Year, guests can witness the festivities at the Weekender Model & Man of the Year Party in the Woodlands Grand Ballroom in Plains Twp. from 8 p.m.-midnight. With entertainment by DJ Randyskilz, Pop Rox and DJ Kryptonite, guests can dance all night as well as elect their new Man and Model of the Year, both of whom will represent the Weekender at many events. The party will be hosted by local radio DJs AJ of BHT and McKay of 97.9 X, and a panel of judges including Jeff Dietz of Jeff Dietz Photography, Times Leader reporter Mike McGinley and Aaron Fink of Breaking Benjamin will choose the Man and Model of the Year from a field of five chosen by the public vote.
Come to vote. Come to party. Come to see which girl will win $1,000 and which guy will hold his Man of the Year trophy triumphantly.
